In the bible, Samson was given miraculous strength. He killed a lion, and single handedly defeated an army.
Samson’s strength was a gift from God. When we rely on God, we are given the strength to be more than conquerors. But when we stray from Him, we become weak and vulnerable.
“Samson’s lust lead him astray. He fell into sin, was tricked by a beautiful woman, lost his strength, was blinded, and made a slave by his enemies.
But when Samson repented, he was given God’s strength again. He toppled the temple of his enemies’ God, killing many of them when it fell.
It is never too late to turn back to God. God’s grace is greater than our failures. “For though your sins be as scarlet, God will make them as white as snow.”
