Jesus told his disciples a parable about trusting in God’s timing.
“The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field.
But while he was sleeping, his enemy sowed weeds among the wheat.
When the wheat sprouted, then the weeds also appeared.
“The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, ‘Do you want us to go and pull the weeds up?’
“‘No,’ he answered, ‘while you are pulling the weeds, you might uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest.
Then we will collect the weeds, and tie them into bundles to be burned.
Then, we’ll gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.” Barn
The harvest workers are the angels; and the harvest is the end of this age. This means that on Earth, good and bad people will grow and live together.
It teaches Believers that we need to be patient and trust in God’s timing until he comes.
When He will cleanse the world of evil.
